The Impact of an HRBP Manager at Coupa:

HRBP and regional HRBP’s, acting as a strategic partner to functional leaders across Coupa’s Corporate Groups (e.g., Finance, Lega, IT, Digital, M&A;, Marketing, Corporate Communications), aligning HR initiatives with business goals. You will serve as a liaison to HR COE’s working to support corporate teams in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, policy implementation, and organizational development, ensuring high employee engagement and compliance across the function.
