Requirements
THE ADECUADO CANDIDATE
1) Prepare and Review the Informative Declaration of the Taxpayer's Tax Situation or Tax Report (SIPRED or ISSIF)
each year; ensuring that the financial and tax operations of the company corresponding to the immediately preceding year are presented in accordance with Mexican tax laws.
2) Prepare and submit the ISR for the year and the Deferred Tax for reporting purposes to the Corporate, Internal and External Audit, as well as compliance with Accounting and Tax regulations.
3) Calculate and declare the informative returns and provisional payments according to the requirements and calendars of the Mexican government such as: ISR, VAT, IEPS, ISR Withholdings, VAT Withholdings, DIOT Informative Returns, Annual Returns and Electronic Accounting and/or any requirement from the authority.
4) Supervise and ensure the returns of positive balances of VAT to help in the cashflow of the company.
5) Stay updated monthly and annually on the tax reforms, monthly miscellaneous resolutions, economic and fiscal package , informing and giving feedback to other local internal and corporate areas, contributing and coordina
