WHAT IS YOUR ROLEThe HRIS Analyst is a senior-level role responsible for driving the strategy, governance, and optimization of Boldr’s HRIS ecosystem to ensure it scales with the organization’s growth. You will serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all HRIS-related initiatives,



ensuring that technology supports both operational excellence and long-term PX strategy.
This role goes beyond system administration—it requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership. You will lead system enhancements, oversee data governance, provide advanced analytics, and collaborate with leaders across PX, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure that HR technology accelerates business outcomes
