We work closely with candidates, clients, Interview Engineers, and internal partners to ensure every interview runs smoothly and effectively.

What you will do
As a Senior Marketplace Analytics Manager at Karat, you will analyze marketplace dynamics, optimize supply-demand alignment,



and provide the analytical foundation that supports our operational decisions. Driving data-driven insights within our Interview Delivery team, you'll own critical marketplace analyses, work cross-functionally to surface actionable insights, and directly influence how our marketplace runs efficiently and cost-effectively.

- Own end-to-end marketplace analytics, driving strategy around supply-demand dynamics, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
- Define and operationalize KPIs and dashboards that provide visibility into marketplace health, enabling real-time and long-term decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally with the company’s Operations, Content, Finance, Product, and Growth teams to influence capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational initiatives.
