This position leads the development and enhancement of insurance products to meet market demands and support business growth. The role focuses on creating and implementing market-specific strategies that align with operational and profitability goals set by leadership.

Key Activities
- Identifies product innovation opportunities and ensures products adhere to regulatory requirements and underwriting guidelines.
- Leads cross-functional collaboration to develop competitive, compliant, and customer-focused insurance products.
- The position supervises reports who are individual contributors or people leaders to ensure alignment with product development goals and successful delivery of business unit priorities.
- Mentors or coaches less experienced team members to support peer learning and development.
- Manages a team of product leaders and/or analysts for a designated product countrywide. Responsible for building and maintaining and implementation of short-term strategy within assigned product
