About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist to join our team supporting U.S.-based operations. This role combines vendor payment processing with payroll management, making it idóneo for someone with a strong background in both areas and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely approvals.
- Prepare and execute payment runs in compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Process payroll for U.S.-based employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. labor and tax regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll and employee records.
- Handle deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.
- Provide AP and payroll reports as requested by management.
- Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding payments and payroll.
- 2+ years of combined experience in accounts payable and payroll processing, preferably for U.S.-based companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.
- Professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP for AP and U.S. payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/payroll systems.

- Experience with Stampli (AP automation) and/or Paylocity (payroll software).
