Job Title: Insulation Installation Package Manager
Location: Los Mochis, Mexico (On-site)
We are looking for an experienced Insulation Installation Package Manager to join our team on a major industrial construction project in Los Mochis, Mexico.
This site-based role is responsible for the execution, coordination, and delivery of the full insulation scope (both self-performed and subcontracted) across large-scale facilities, including ammonia, methanol, and petrochemical plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete insulation scope, including material selection, cladding, and field installation in line with project specifications.
- Collaborate with the Mechanical Site Manager and Construction Manager to plan and execute insulation works for piping and equipment.
- Define work fronts, release sequences, and system priorities to meet project milestones and support commissioning.
- Review and approve method statements and installation procedures, ensuring compliance with standards and CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) prevention practices.




- Validate subcontractor progress and approve payment applications according to contractual agreements.

Construction Planning & Control
- Lead daily and weekly planning activities and maintain a 4-week lookahead schedule.
- Ensure all insulation works (cladding, application, sealing) meet safety and quality requirements.
- Monitor productivity and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Manage material logistics, including insulation materials and metallic jacketing, ensuring proper storage and availability.
- Support project controls with progress updates, manpower planning, and cost forecasts.

Team & Subcontractor Management
- Coordinate insulation teams and align priorities with project goals.
- Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and document progress and performance.
- Monitor subcontractor productivity, quality, and compliance with contractual and safety requirements.
