About the RoleWe are seeking a Google Ads Manager with 3–5 years of experience in lead generation campaigns. This role is client-facing: you’ll take ownership of client relationships after onboarding, manage campaign performance, and clearly communicate results.



While business strategy comes directly from leadership, you’ll play a critical role in campaign execution, reporting, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage up to 20 Google Ads accounts, primarily Search campaigns (90–95%), with some YouTube campaigns.
- Communicate directly with clients via Slack and on-demand calls, explaining ad performance in clear, actionable terms.
- Take ownership of client relationships post-onboarding, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation with a focus on efficiency and high-quality conversions.
- Build reports that explain full-funnel performance, not just ad account metrics.
- Proactively identify and solve issues before they impact client results.
- 3–5 years of Google Ads experience, with proven lead generation expertise
