What will you be doing?

- Load Sourcing & Booking:
- Find and secure quality freight for owner-operators by sourcing loads through load boards, broker networks, and direct contacts.
Negotiate competitive rates and terms that align with driver needs and company goals.
- Driver Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for a dedicated group of drivers. Understand their preferences, communicate proactively, and build trust to increase satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Route Planning & Scheduling:
- Strategically plan weekly routes that balance driver home time, revenue targets, and Hours of Service (HOS) regulations to maximize efficiency and earnings.
- Rate Negotiation:
- Negotiate with brokers and shippers to secure the best possible rates while maintaining profitability and service expectations.
