The Difference You Will Make:
As a Market Associate, you will support the growth of differentiated service products by helping identify, onboard, and manage high-quality service providers in your assigned territory. You’ll contribute to creating positive Guest and Host experiences by executing core supply acquisition and revenue driving activities, including supporting onboarding, analyzing market data and optimizing hosts/store front.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with senior market leaders and cross-functional partners while developing strong local market knowledge.
You’ll support localized supply initiatives across both established and emerging markets, contribute insights from the field, and grow your skills in marketplace operations, relationship management, and execution as you build toward greater ownership over time.

- Execute daily initiatives to optimize a large host portfolio and deliver measurable impact.
- Leverage data insights to identify and act on strategic opportunities for revenue growth, supporting your decisions with data.
- Own and nurture your book of business within your territory, ensuring host engagement and representing Airbnb in external meetings.
- Continuously deepen your knowledge of assigned markets and service categories to inform your strategy and execution.
