Arcadis is looking to hire a Field Supervisor to oversee construction activities for a large-scale data center project. This is an on-site field position requiring daily presence at the construction site with expertise in construction supervision, quality control, contractor management, and technical oversight of electrical systems.
As a Field Supervisor, you will be the direct link between Arcadis and the execution teams, ensuring all construction work adheres to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. According to the control flowcharts, you will monitor execution, perform tests, identify eventual non-compliance, and coordinate with contractors on corrections. You will oversee both the execution and implementation review phases, working with technical specifications and ensuring documentation control throughout the construction process.
