About the role
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing high-volume billing operations, including invoicing, issuing credit notes, processing payments, and resolving discrepancies. You'll communicate with customers via phone and email, generate reports, and handle credit card and ACH disputes. Strong collaboration with internal departments is key to ensure accurate and timely billing.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience doing Billing
- Excel Knowledge
- 90% reading, writing, and English comprehension
- Pro-active

- Work under pressure
