Job DescriptionThe Senior Design Manager will lead and coordinate architectural and interior design for hotel construction and renovation projects in the Bahamas. This role ensures that all designs meet quality, functionality, sustainability, and brand standards, delivering a premium guest experience. The Design Manager will act as the liaison between owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams, overseeing all design phases through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Management:
- Develop and review architectural and interior concepts for new hotels and renovation projects.
