General Summary:
The People Strategy and Operations – Senior Compensation Analyst role will be responsible for design implementing and administrating the service delivery of Qualcomm’s compensation programs for the assigned geography/region/countries (APAC/INDIA/EMEA/AMERICAS). This role reports into the Total Rewards Lead in People Strategy and Operations team and works in strong partnership with the Compensation and Benefits Communities of Practice (COE) team. The incumbent should have experience in working with general teams and matrix structure for seamless delivery of total rewards services.

As a member of the Qualcomm Compensation team, you will play an integral role in the company’s annual performance review process and various compensation programs. This role requires cross-functional collaboration and technical proficiency in relevant compensation laws and regulations. Your work will be critical in ensuring our compensation programs remain competitive,



compliant, and aligned with our company strategic and financial goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
