Job DescriptionWe are looking to build a SAP S/4HANA team that will support our client as a true extension of their internal SAP organization.
This is not a junior AMS model. The client expects strong L2/L3 functional consultants who can work independently, own and resolve tickets end-to-end, perform root cause analysis, and manage configuration and integration topics across modules.
The team will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, supporting business-critical processes in an S/4HANA environment.
Consultants are expected to demonstrate multi-module awareness and strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
QualificationsQualifications
- 7+ years of SAP functional consulting experience (module-specific)
- Proven hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (implementation and/or support)
- Strong configuration skills within respective modules
- Experience handling L2/L3 support independently
- Solid understanding of cross-module integrations
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and propose sustainable solutions
- Experience working in global or complex enterprise environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with business stakeholders
- Advanced English (required)
Nice to have:
- Experience in multi-country rollouts
- Experience in hybrid AMS + project environments
- Exposure to automation and process optimization initiatives
