We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Project Architect to join our team. The adecuado candidate has a strong background in residential and multifamily projects, with at least 5 years of professional experience delivering quality architectural designs and documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of residential and multifamily projects from concept through completion
- Prepare and review construction drawings, documents, and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
- Oversee compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and client requirements
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
- Licensed Architect
- Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings and documentation processes
- Experience with residential and multifamily project types
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Amenable to work remotely during U.S. business working hours
