The Role
We are looking for talented professionals to join our Financial Advisory team in Latin America based in Mexico City. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of strategic and financial situations, including capital structure advisory, M&A;, performance improvement, and restructuring. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in investment banking, capital advisory, private equity, or restructuring, who are looking to apply their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will work closely with senior leadership to deliver high-impact solutions to clients. You will support corporates, lenders, and investors in evaluating strategic options and transactions, optimizing capital structures, and navigating complex financial challenges. This includes a wide range of complex situations, with a focus on delivering tailored, actionable advice.

Key Responsibilities
Client Service

- Contribute to and lead workstreams on advisory projects, including capital raising, refinancing, M&A;,



and restructuring
- Build and review financial models, including integrated three-statement models, liquidity forecasts, and valuation analyses
- Prepare client presentations, board materials, and stakeholder communications
- Manage junior team members and contribute to a high-performance culture
- Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Knowledge Acquisition

- Builds client relationship skills, sector knowledge and continues to develop leadership skills.
- Continues to build technical expertise, broader business advisory and people management skills.
- Understands the market, topical issues and our Restructuring propositions.
