Performs the BC/DR planning functions associated with the development, documentation and implementation of complex requirements such as data replication and database mirroring solutions. Develops Alternate Recovery Strategies, and Cost Benefit Analysis. Prepares executive level presentations. Provides consulting support to all recovery teams and administrative BC/DR support to the client account team. Oversees tasks associated with the development and implementation of the BC/DR planning process, DR exercises, the development of Alternate Recovery Strategies, the management of project initiatives and activities, and the transition of new accounts from migration to ongoing support.



Provides liaison support among all Disaster Recovery Teams and assists the client and client account support teams in all phases of the recovery process. Coaches, motivates and guides team members. Excellent knowledge and understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery planning techniques and technologies. Excellent understanding of data and voice communication systems. Excellent knowledge of emergency response testing, recovery support and business resumption procedures. Excellent project management skills Typically requires 10-12 years relevant experience. Undergraduate/bachelor's degree Graduate degree preferred.
