About The Role

We are looking for a driven, organized and experienced Creator Partnerships & Development Manager to join our Content department in Mexico. You'll own the full relationship lifecycle with creators, from identifying and signing new talent to growing the revenue and audience of our most prestigious shows. You'll apply a data-driven approach, a sensitivity to commercial opportunities and brands, an appreciation of the rapidly evolving podcast landscape, and a strong passion for podcasting yourself. You'll be trusted to manage a roster of the most well-loved and in-demand shows in Mexico,



acting as the first point of contact for high-level questions, negotiations, and growth strategy alike.

What You'll Do

Content Development

Identify, approach, pitch to, and sign new content partners; independent podcasters, talent agents/managers, production companies, and networks, including developing new podcasting talent and formats.
Negotiate contractual relationships with content providers.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners.

Creator & Partnership Management

Establish and oversee high-level relationships with current and future content partners, both publishers and independent podcasters, with support from the Associate Partner Manager.
Develop bespoke strategies with creators to grow their revenue and audience covering marketing, content ideation, product adoption in close collaboration with our sales, marketing, and brand partnerships teams.
