What you’ll do…
- Lead daily Front Office operations including reception, guest services, concierge, bell desk and overnight operations, delivering a consistent Hyde brand guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Coach, schedule and develop the front office team, fostering a culture of warm, personalized and anticipatory service.
- Monitor and manage room inventory, upselling strategies, arrivals, departures and VIP handling in coordination with Revenue and Housekeeping.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery with empathy, urgency and ownership, ensuring full resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee night audit processes and ensure accuracy of daily revenue reports, room charges and accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all Front Office SOPs, brand standards, data privacy policies (GDPR/local law) and credit policies.
- Coordinate closely with all operational departments to ensure seamless guest journeys and smooth inter-departmental communication.
- Support pre-opening Front Office setup: system configuration, SOPs, team training and pre-arrival communication protocols.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 4–6 years of Front Office experience in a hotel, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
- Strong command of hotel PMS (Opera or similar) and guest management systems.
- Passionate about guest experience with the ability to inspire the same passion in the team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; composed and decisive under pressure.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
