Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at omica.ai, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that support AI-enabled cancer care solutions. You will work closely with product, data, and clinical teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable software, contributing to both front-end interfaces and back-end services. Typical responsibilities include building and optimizing APIs, implementing user-facing features, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews and architecture discussions.

You will also help ensure system reliability, security, and performance, and support deployment and monitoring in production environments.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico.

Qualifications

- Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience delivering production-grade applications.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including designing APIs, working with databases, and integrating external services.
- Experience with Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), building responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of modern web frameworks, version control (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/deployment practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with a focus on testing and quality assurance.
- Comfort collaborating in cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in healthtech, AI/ML-driven products, or data-intensive systems is a plus; proficiency in Spanish and English is beneficial.
