We are looking for a general manager for one of our clients.

The idóneo candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business.

Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
- Manage operations and finances of business
- Ensure that quality of work is maintained
- Lead all company departments and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Define goals, policies, and standards.
- Develop strategic commercial and operational plans for the company's growth and market positioning.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, revenue and forecasting strong communications skills
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills:



Excellent leadership and team management skills; ability to make strategic decisions; effective communication and negotiation skills; knowledge of operational and financial management (budget administration, mastery of large-scale production finance, understanding of consumption margins and the complex fragmentation of Direct Store Delivery (DSD)). Ability to execute transformations, manage industrial maintenance, and oversee projects. Knowledge of quality systems and process mapping. Analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in management and leadership roles within the consumer goods sector, preferably in the food industry.
- Computer Skills: MS Office, Oracle.
- Languages: Spanish and English.
