JOTELULU is looking for an exceptional business and sales leader, and skilled executive to join us as the Country Leader for Mexico. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for strategy, marketing, and channel sales activities in the Mexican market and assume full profit-and-loss (P&L;) accountabilities for Mexico. You will lead by example, instilling our mission of simplifying the cloud to IT companies to improve their competitiveness. Additionally, you’ll gain keen insight into their business needs and develop JOTELULU-based solutions that can address these needs.
As a Country Leader, you will build, train, and manage a sales team consisting of direct, inside, solutions architect, and partner sales associates. You will also play an active role in shaping and developing new partnerships to achieve JOTELULU’s strategy of being the Best Cloud Service Provider for IT companies.
You will be the JOTELULU ambassador in Mexico.

- Create sales training for your team to build their skills; coach and mentor them, improving the effectiveness of each associate.
- Lead an effective sales management process for the team, including account planning and deal realization, performance assessment, follow-up, and closing.
- Guide a multi-product sales strategy to include JOTELULU solutions in the MSP, ISV and SW Distributors segments; build references based on customer satisfaction and solution sales in the market.
