Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The role is based in Monterrey or Mexico City. The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and implement end-to-end instructional solutions and e-learning experiences specifically aligned with the General SAP Transformation Project.



The primary objective is to analyze complex SAP business processes, translate technical system workflows into engaging pedagogical assets, and create high-impact training materials (including web-based training, interactive simulations, visual guides, and assessment tools) using instructional design methodologies and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise 360). The scope of the role includes end-to-end instructional development, standardizing SAP learning frameworks, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across regions, and ensuring training effectiveness and technical performance across global LMS and digital learning environments.
Your Impact
As Learning Assoc Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
1. Instructional Design & SAP Content Curriculum Development: Apply adult learning theories and instructional methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to design and structure end-to-end learning
