About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and curious Growth & Partnerships Intern to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across partnerships, marketing, communications, community building, and startup operations. You will work closely with our leadership team and support initiatives that help grow Greether's general network of travelers, Greeters, ambassadors, and partners.

? Please note: This is a full-time internship (Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM PST). We prioritize candidates based in Latin America and recent graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Support outreach and relationship-building efforts with potential partners, organizations, brands, tourism boards, and communities
- Assist in managing and growing Greether's Brand Ambassador Program
- Conduct research on potential partnership opportunities, events, destinations, and industry trends
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and community-building campaigns
- Assist with onboarding and engagement initiatives for Greeters and travelers
- Help coordinate virtual and in-person events, and partnership activations
- Support communications and follow-up with prospective collaborators and stakeholders
- Contribute to content creation, storytelling, and community engagement initiatives
- Assist with project coordination and operational tasks
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate in marketing, communications, tourism, international relations, business, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
- Comfortable conducting research and presenting findings clearly
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Interest in partnerships, marketing, community building, tourism, and social impact
- Passion for women's empowerment, sustainable travel, and entrepreneurship
- Available Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM PST
