- Ensure the implementation of lean principles and developing methods and tools 6 Sigma and Agile
- Manage, setting and ensure the achievement of goals and results
- Manage continuous improvement for line architectures (workshop layout), internal & external resources. Ensure the capacities adaptation according to the dedicated tools internal or external
- Perform regular Queue Simulations, using the waiting queue design tool, in order to optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines.
- Define & maintain a referential operating time based on measurement tools adapted
- Ensure the profitability of investments adapted to the needs of optimization and development process
- Propose the organization to implement new project (or increase / decrease volume of production) to optimize costs
- Guide the choice of designers by providing industrial and logistical requirements

- • Bachelor´s degree in related field
- +3 years of relevant experience
- English level advance
- Manufacturing Process & Lay-Out Design
- Manufacturing Supply Chain & Planning
- Manufacturing Maintenance

• Key systems: MS Office, ERP system, Solidworks, AutoCad, ProE
