* Align clients' existing business processes and procedures with validated HCM
Cloud methods to solve client needs
* Apply functional knowledge and expertise, in collaboration with the technical
consulting team, to implement business-aligned Oracle Cloud solutions
* Lead client workshops to formulate functional business requirements and align
them with Oracle Cloud functionality and overall solution delivery
* Identify requirement and design gaps, and develop solutions that align with
overall solution delivery
* Configure the Oracle Cloud environment to meet client requirements; design
and document application setup
