Team Overview
The Financial Services team partners with banks, lenders, fintechs, and other financial institutions to help them improve business performance through data, analytics, identity, fraud, and risk solutions. The team is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic client relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes across the customer lifecycle. This role is part of TransUnion’s Mexico Sales organization and reports to the Banking & Financial Services Sales Leadership team under the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Mexico.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the Banking, Lending, FinTech, and Financial Services industries to identify business challenges and position solutions that drive client growth and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with business leaders, risk leaders, lending teams, and key decision-makers across strategic financial institutions.
Generate new business opportunities and expand existing relationships by identifying client needs,



quantifying business impact, and developing value-based commercial strategies.
Lead consultative sales engagements by conducting discovery sessions, understanding customer pain points, and aligning solutions to measurable business outcomes.
Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts while driving cross-sell, upsell, and new solution adoption initiatives that contribute to revenue growth.
Develop and execute account plans focused on increasing wallet share, strengthening customer partnerships, and accelerating pipeline conversion.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Success teams to support customer initiatives and ensure successful solution deployment.
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities, accurately forecast revenue performance, and achieve assigned commercial targets.
