Education

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (required).

Experience

- 4-6 years of experience in Logistics, Import/Export, Foreign Trade, or Supply Chain operations.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
- Knowledge of customs procedures and international trade documentation.
- Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

Responsibilities and Activities

- Plan, coordinate,



and monitor domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Manage import and export operations for raw materials, finished goods, machinery, equipment, and samples.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure efficient material and product flow.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve logistics issues and delays.
- Optimize transportation and freight costs through continuous analysis and supplier negotiations.
- Coordinate and negotiate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
- Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade requirements, and company policies.
- Apply and manage Incoterms correctly across logistics operations.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and service enhancement.
