You will conduct investigations, guide on disciplinary actions, and help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while delivering fair, consistent outcomes.
You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to balance policy, risk, and business needs, with on-site support in Mexico for employment actions as required.
