Resolve technical issues and fleet events in a timely and effective manner
Improve fleet reliability and reduce repeat failures
Provide technical support to the Fleet Manager and Field Teams
Perform accurate and insightful technical analysis and reporting
Contribute directly to Customer success under LTSA contracts
Travel to customer sites as needed, up to 50%
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field)
Up to 4–5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations
Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts
Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations
Valid U.S. visa (required)
Willingness to travel up to 50% to Customer sites
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work in cross-functional and customer-facing environments
