We are looking for a Senior HRIS Reporting & Analytics Analyst to join our team in Mexico.

This role is adecuado for someone with a strong combination of HR systems knowledge, workforce analytics, data management, and business intelligence, who can transform complex HR data into actionable insights.

What we’re looking for:

- 8+ years of experience in HRIS Reporting, Workforce Analytics, HR Data Management, or Business Intelligence
- Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs
- Strong experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SuccessFactors Recruiting, SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, UKG Workforce Management and/or UKG Pro




- Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data modeling
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Experience with data reconciliation, validation, reporting automation, and process improvement
- Solid understanding of workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, retention, recruiting, payroll, and organizational effectiveness
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

You’ll partner closely with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, HRIS, and business leaders to improve workforce reporting, data quality, dashboards, automation, and analytics.
