DiDi is seeking a Learning & Development Senior Analyst for its Risk Operations team in Mexico City. You will design and deliver onboarding and training curricula, analyze training data, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in learning processes.
You will lead strategic learning projects, leverage LMS and adult learning principles, and contribute to a data-driven culture that improves KPIs across the organization.
