The Sr.

Product Marketing

Specialist is a strategic marketing professional who leads the go-to-market strategy for a specific product or solutions portfolio, focusing on driving product adoption and revenue growth. They are responsible for understanding the market, crafting compelling product positioning and messaging, and ensuring alignment between product, operations, segment marketing (demand generation), and sales teams.

- Partner with product and operations teams to support development projects and define marketing positioning and value messaging
- Creation and development of thought leadership, marketing collateral, and sales presentations in support of market expansion of assignment products and solutions portfolios
- Collaborate with demand generation and commercial teams in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to support product launches and market expansion
- Assist with market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking
- Support organizational readiness related to product enhancements and new market entries
- Contribute to executive presentation decks and documentation to support business case development

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management – experience in fleet and mobility preferred

- Strong experience conducting and applying marketing research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint,



Excel, Word)
- Strong communication, organization, and task execution skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and operations
- Familiarity with product development lifecycles, from ideation to launch
- Exposure to field testing, user validation, or customer training programs
