Objective: Lead the definition and walkthrough of the implementation plan for ServiceNow, ensuring proper integration of ITOM, CMDB, and HAMPRO modules.

Responsibilities

- ITOM Design: Configure Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration.
- CMDB Management: Model configuration data, ensure integrity, and maintain relationships with ITSM processes.
- HAMPRO Lifecycle: Optimize hardware asset lifecycle, compliance, and reconciliation.
- Client Walkthrough: Present the implementation roadmap and guide the client through each phase.
- Governance Alignment: Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Proven Experience in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and HAMPRO implementations.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM/CMDB/HAM).
- Soft Skills: Executive communication, workshop leadership, ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Advanced English proficiency (fluent in executive presentations).
