Expense Implementation Lead

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and improving the Travel & Expense (T&E;) function within ABB Robotics. Acting as the primary T&E; partner for LATAM and Europe, you will combine operational expertise with process improvement and implementation experience to deliver an outstanding employee experience while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong Travel & Expense background who has participated in or led SAP Concur implementations, process transformations, or system enhancements within a global environment.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

This role is supporting LATAM and Europe operations within the ABB Robotics.

Key Responsibilities




Act as the primary T&E; point of contact for LATAM and selected European countries.
Lead SAP Concur implementations, rollouts, and optimization projects end-to-end.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable T&E; solutions, policy improvements, and reporting.
Drive compliance with company travel policies, audit controls, and expense management standards.
Analyze T&E; data, track KPIs/SLAs, and provide actionable insights to improve service delivery.
Manage escalations and coordinate resolution with global teams and cross-functional partners (Finance, HR, IT, Audit).

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on SAP Concur experience — implementation, rollout, or optimization projects (MANDATORY).
Solid background in T&E; operations within a multinational, Shared Services, or integral environment.
Good to have participation in M&A; transactions
Experience with corporate card administration, expense auditing, and travel booking platforms.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Project or change management experience in a global setting.
