What You'll Do:

- Be a Paradero Homes Lifestyle Curator, enthusiastically sharing the unique offerings and sense of community with potential buyers.
- Build strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, other industry professionals and guests.
- Conduct tours, highlighting the architectural details and the beauty of the surrounding environment.




- Understand the needs and aspirations of potential buyers, crafting presentations that resonate with their dreams.

Who You Are:

- Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A genuine passion for the Baja lifestyle and a deep understanding of its appeal.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are energized by exceeding expectations.
- Fluency in English.

Compensation includes salary, commissions, and excellent benefits.
