We are looking for an experienced C++ Technical Trainer to design and deliver technical training programs on C++ programming. The idóneo candidate should have strong hands‑on C++ development experience along with excellent communication and training skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor‑led training sessions on C++ programming for technical professionals.
- Explain C++ concepts from basic to advanced levels using practical examples and coding exercises.
- Develop training materials, presentations, coding exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide hands‑on demonstrations and support learners during coding sessions.
- Evaluate participants' understanding through assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments.
- Convert complex technical concepts into easy‑to‑understand learning content.
- Stay updated with modern C++ standards, programming practices, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand training requirements and customize course content accordingly.

Required Skills

- Strong hands‑on experience in C++ programming .
- Excellent knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Strong understanding of STL, Data Structures, and Algorithms .
- Knowledge of pointers, memory management,



exception handling, templates, and multithreading.
- Familiarity with modern C++ standards such as C++11/C++14/C++17/C++20 .
- Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in technical training, mentoring, teaching, or coaching .

Preferred Skills

- Experience training software developers or IT professionals.
- Experience creating technical training/courseware.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
- Exposure to Git and software development tools.
- Software development experience in addition to training experience.

Experience

- 5+ years of overall C++ development experience .
- 2+ years of experience in technical training, mentoring, or instruction preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering , or a related field preferred.

Ideal Candidate

A strong C++ Developer / Senior C++ Engineer who has transitioned into or has significant experience in technical training and mentoring , with the ability to teach complex C++ concepts through practical, hands‑on examples.
