About the role

Established AHRI Ratings Engineer professional.

Key responsibilities

As an AHRI Ratings Engineer you will be responsible for:

- Review psychrometric test data to verify accuracy in the test procedure and system components.
- Use a physics‑based modeling program to evaluate system performance and generate system ratings.
- Support new product development product releases in addition to customer application issues and cost reduction efforts.
- Work with marketing/sales to evaluate system performance risks and acceptable system performance.
- Develop/Modify python scripts to manage large data sets and improve current processes.
- Support projects with significant scope and complexity.
- Develop standard work and process workflows.
- Manipulate complex sets of data using python.

Requirements

As a minimum, you must have:

- Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science




- 2-3 years of experience in system engineering
- Experience working with databases.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Programming skills in Python or any development language is a plus.
- Previous HVAC industry experience preferred.
