Role Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Linea Italia is a full-time, on-site role based in Aguascalientes, AGU. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring activities with hiring managers. The recruiter will maintain job postings, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Day-to-day activities include partnering with leaders to understand workforce needs, organizing interview schedules, providing feedback and recommendations, and supporting offer negotiations in alignment with company policies. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, tracking key metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including Recruiting and Hiring across diverse roles.




- Strong Interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidate fit using structured, fair, and consistent methods.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, understand business needs, and provide consultative support.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and common sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and commitment to a non-discriminatory, equitable recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Fluency in Spanish; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
