You will lead both the technical and commercial discussions throughout the bidding and negotiation phases, ensuring high-quality deliverables within defined timelines.

How You’ll Make An Impact

- Lead the analysis of technical and financial documentation for bid preparation
- Develop strategic technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and business goals
- Define and execute business strategies based on market and industry insights
- Lead technical and commercial negotiations with customers during clarification and contract phases
- Drive continuous improvement through digital tool development and mentoring less experienced team members

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with experience in high-voltage equipment
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, project management, and advanced MS Office skills
- Experience or interest in programming and data analysis is a plus




- Advanced English proficiency; basic German is a plus
- Analytical, structured, resilient, with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership
