Refinitiv seeks an experienced HR Leader to head the Mexico People & Leader Advisory team in Mexico City. You will lead a high-performing advisory group, oversee Tier 2 HR delivery across Mexico, and advise on complex employee matters while partnering with Legal, Rewards, Compliance and business leaders.
You will drive organizational change, manage investigations and performance processes, and guide compensation discussions in alignment with Mexican labor requirements.
