- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in mechanical design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with automation systems and basic PLC programming is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work versátil hours or on-call as needed.
- High knowledge in finite element analysis.
Tasks
- Design and develop mechanical components for automation systems.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to integrate designs into automated systems.
- Conduct simulations and testing on prototypes to validate design functionality.
- Review and refine existing designs to enhance performance and reduce costs.
- Maintain thorough documentation of designs, specifications, and changes.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for the delivery of the mechanical BOM (Bill of materials).
- Responsible for the correct concept at the assembly.
