Position Title: Supply Planner
Reports to Title: Operation Master Planner
Dept / Function: Supply Planning
Location: El Salto, Jalisco
**Summary**:
Responsible for coordinating Spicy business unit operation (production planning, logistics, quality assurance, shipping). Creates master production schedule for Spicy Business unit 5 weeks horizon. Coordinates raw and packaging materials and bulks. For purchasing, coordinates all replenishment of raw and packaging materials to be used in production in El Salto. The back-up of this position is Operation Planner for Chocolate/ Drink /GMA.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creation Master Production Schedule and purchasing plans based on MRP in SAP. Develop inventory management strategies with suppliers
- Generate a solid production plan and collaborate with several suppliers to elevate the level of service of our suppliers and secure the materials to produce production plan in time and decrease the risk of cut sales.



Follow up of materials incident with Procurement, QA & Suppliers.
- Collaborate with several functional areas in the organization on special or innovation projects, attend meetings, provide analysis & reporting for the area & main internal clients (Inventory Turns/ DDD´s projection, Materials ABC Strategy)

**Experience**:
2-3 years’ experience in production planning and purchasing
**Education**:
Bachelor’s in industrial engineering or common areas.
