**What we are looking for**:
Our client is looking for a Brand Marketing Director to join our Executive team and deliver capability and solutions across the key areas of their portfolio. The role will be taking the lead on guiding the organization through the process of defining and delivering best in class customer experience and supporting and refining our communications delivery at both an organizational and local level in addition to driving improvement and innovation in how we attract inquiry.
**Location**: Mexico City
**Main Responsibilities**:
Responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns
Will work to ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers. Will plan ways to promote - and change the public perception of - brands
Will manage a portfolio of products for which they build brand awareness and improve market share
Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media




Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability
Increasing product sales and market share
Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values
Degree in business, marketing or related field
Current or previous experience in tech companies / Highly value-added companies
Experience with loyalty programs and CX strategies
Previous experience in developing brand and marketing strategies
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous experience in managing and leading teams
Highly organized and perform well under pressure
Budget management skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Advanced English
MSc/MA/MBA is a plus
