**Your day to day**:
- Responsible for creating, managing, and tracking DT projects’ milestones, tasks schedule, and overall deliverables.
- Track record of following through on commitments.
- Monitoring deliverables (Milestones) and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Manage processes change/improvements.
- Leading process redesign workshops.
- Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing digital solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate processes and systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Set test scenarios.
- Coordinate acceptance testing performance.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes.
- Work with MDM team to set monitoring process, measuring, and provide feedback on process performance.
**What you bring to the team**
- Bachelor’s Degree




- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Experience with ERP/MRP (Preferably Oracle R12), BPM, CRM, and BI tools.
- Experience in Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional resources without direct reporting relationships
- Ability to implement creative solutions while working under pressure
- Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently
- Ability to clearly communicate and resolve issues with wide variety of people and demands
- Must be able to identify and mitigate risks
- Superior verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of employees and management.
- Professional, detail oriented, methodical, and organized
- Proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
