- Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Commodity Manager Electrical located in Guadalajara, South Campus.
- Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, Commodity Manager Electrical role involves supporting the US region to increase sites MM and drive our supply base to Flex prefer suppliers.
- What a typical day looks like:
- Commodity manager will drive the US Global Ops initiatives to:
- Increment the PSL penetration from region sites.
- Drive alternate supply for single source items.
- Drive CP, CS penetration.
- Support Infinex implementations.




- Regional Commodity lead will be acting as the liaison between Site and GCM upon site needs enforcing the MM initiatives.
- Will work with component services teams to increase business offer that will support MM.
- Will work with the site to drive implementation of Infinex initiatives providing specs, supplier detail, samples and testing along with tracking this activity.
- Review customer documentation for completeness when a local quote is required.
- Support working with general engineering team for alternate AVL to increase our PSL penetration.
- The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent English oral and written.
- Previous experience in similar position.
- Planning skills.

- Supervision experience.
- Management Proficiency.
- Process improvement, self-development.
- Performance management.
- Baan or SAP is also a plus.
