Job responsibilities:
Coordinates and supervises maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment. Responsible for safety and environmental compliance. Develops specifications and prepares detailed cost estimates of equipment,



installation, labor, materials, preparation, etc., for various projects and or equipment repairs. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports. Maintains production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. Ensures preventive maintenance programs and procedures are followed. Implements Regal business defined processes (EX: TPM -Total Productive Maintenance). Oversees mechanics/technicians who repair and maintain equipment. May administer training programs to ensure proper operations, preventative maintenance, and repair programs and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree as a Electronic or Electromechanical Engineer, knowledge of facilities calculations, CNC Machines, Hydraulic, Pneumatics, Fire System, Safety Regulations, Microsoft's Tools for Department KPI's
PLC knowledge, EHS Regulations, Maintenance PM Software
