**OBJETIVE OF THE POSITION**
Supervise, plan and direct the administrative functions of the Human Resources department.

**EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- 8 years or more experience in similar position
- Bachelor's degree/engineering degree in psychology, administration or related career
- Advanced English/bilingual
- Management of personnel
- Provenance in headcount of approximately 70-100 people
- Efficient use of Excel
- Preferably with experience in safety, health and environment
- Knowledge of standards 45000,



14000 and IATF (PLUS)
