Prepare commercial and residential development design documents from initial design through city/county/state review stage to final governmental agency approval
Create 3d models, renderings, design
Drafting support
**Requirements**:
Required to have experience preparing engineering/archtechual drawings
- Prepares engineering/archtech drawings to support conceptual designs developed by engineers/archtech.
- Required to have demonstrated proficiency using CAD software or other design software.3D design app( any)
Associate’s Degree or Computer Aided Drafting Certification no required but a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
